As none of you know, I'm a recently graduated ex-high schooler who is on his way to sunny California in search of fame and fortune as a screenwriter. Sure, you say, everyone in Cali is a screenwriter. But I will have one thing they don't. A University of Southern California degree in Writing for Screen and Television. LA, here I come!

I'm told you learn something new everyday, and this one was a big day. I had no idea you wanted to be a screenwriter! That is so awesome. I wanted to be a professional writer for a while, but then the man got me down.Great for you!
My humdrum Illinois future seems to pale in comparison to yours. But I guess they say, the only bad life is the one that is not well-lived.
Anyway, I hope we keep in touch, at least through weblogs! The wonders of the internet...
